Refund Policy
CEMPD’s approach to donation refunds and membership fee adjustments.
CEMPD is a non-profit organisation. Most contributions are voluntary donations used to support environmental and community programmes.
Donations
Donations are generally non-refundable once received and acknowledged, as they are allocated to programme work. If a donation was made in error (for example, a duplicate or incorrect amount), please contact CEMPD promptly with the bank reference. We will review and, where the funds have not yet been allocated, arrange a return.
Membership fees
Membership fees sustain the organisation. Requests for adjustment due to genuine error will be considered on a case-by-case basis when raised promptly.

Write to CEMPD through the contact page with the transaction reference and details. Decisions are communicated in line with our privacy policy.
