CEMPD’s commitment to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults in its programmes.
CEMPD works with schools, students, volunteers and communities, including children and young people. We are committed to safeguarding their wellbeing in all programmes.
Principles
- All programme interactions are designed to be safe, respectful and age-appropriate.
- School and community engagements are conducted with the knowledge and consent of responsible adults and institutions.
- Staff, volunteers and interns are expected to uphold safeguarding standards.
Reporting
Concerns about safeguarding can be reported to CEMPD through the contact page and will be taken seriously and acted upon.
